MISSION  The School of the Earth (ET) is an organization promoting respect towards nature and the other living beings, including humanity. ET develops educational, research, communication and building strategies, from the perspectives of critical thinking, philosophies of the entire world, human rights, social and environmental justice, and peace. ET´s actions are of interest for persons, communities, organizations, social movements and institutions contributing, from their own experiences, to a social transformation needed to make future life possible. 

To contribute, through education, research, and social action, with a critical culture of human rights and loving understanding of natural processes, as a means of strengthening current and future actions undertaken by persons, communities, organizations, social movements, and institutions, at the local, national and international levels. Participants in the ET live fulfilling lives seeking to improve people's lives and the recovery and well being of the Earth.
